Local businesses and agencies can customize a cost-effective package of literacy training components that meet their workforce development needs. Training can be provided in the workplace or at a convenient EASTCONN Adult Education site. Program components can include literacy audits; workplace tasks and communications analysis; instruction in basic reading, writing, and math; problem-solving; technology instruction; and English-as-a-Second-Language (ESL). Training is customized to meet specific company needs.

If the buildings are temporarily closed due to Covid-19, Employer Services has the ability to transition to remote trainings. Technical support will be provided as able.
