The Healthcare Pipeline initiative provides employment training to job seekers from Eastern CT. In collaboration with the Eastern Workforce Investment Board and regional healthcare employers, this project meets employer hiring demands by connecting them to newly trained job seekers. Training opportunities include; CNA, EKG Technician, Emergency Medical Technician, Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistant, and more. This program is provided at no cost to trainees and designed for unemployed and under-employed individuals.

Benefits: Participants will receive short-term health career training at no cost. The program provides wrap-around services, including support funding resources to address challenges such as the cost of transportation and job search assistance.
