AT and AAC Private Pay Services are for consumers who are not receiving these services from other sources such as adult service agencies or an academic institution. Consumers and/or their legal guardians can contract with EASTCONN AT Services to provide consultation, training and assessments related to AT and/or AAC needs. An initial meeting is held to determine needs and develop a plan that outlines services, timeline and cost. The consumer and/or their legal guardian reviews the plan and decides if they would like to move forward with services.
